End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Maria Azhad, owner of Mine Cooks (minecooks.com) (“we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of any digital products offered through this website, including e-books, recipe collections, PDFs, cooking guides, courses, or similar downloadable content (“the Product”).

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Product.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Mine Cooks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use
  • Access the Product on your own devices

This license does not grant you ownership of the Product — only the right to use it under the terms described here.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell the Product, in whole or in part
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Product
  • Share your copy of the Product with others or post it publicly (including on social media, file-sharing sites, or forums)
  • Use the Product for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from Mine Cooks
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices included in the Product

3. Ownership

All content within the Product — including recipes, text, images, and design — remains the intellectual property of Maria Azhad / Mine Cooks. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates to the Product

We may update, revise, or improve digital products from time to time. We are not obligated to provide updates, but if we do, they will generally be made available to users who purchased the original version, where feasible.

5. No Warranty

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mine Cooks and Maria Azhad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to issues related to recipe outcomes, allergies, or technical problems.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes in our products or practices. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
