It all started with a small passion… Ever since I was a child, I loved being close to the kitchen, smelling the aroma of food as it cooked, and watching how simple ingredients transformed into dishes full of life.
My name is Maria Azhad, and to turn this passion into something real, I enrolled at OFPPT and earned the diploma that truly opened the door for me into the world of professional cooking. From there, my real journey began.
From 2018 until today, I never stopped learning, experimenting, and growing. Every kitchen I passed through, every recipe I tried, every mistake I made, and every success I achieved added more experience and wisdom to this great art.
There’s one thing that sets me apart: curiosity. I love discovering new recipes, playing with ingredients, blending tradition with modernity, and always searching for the way to make a dish not just edible, but able to tell a story.
Mine Cooks is the fruit of this entire journey. It’s a website I created to share with you everything I’ve learned and discovered over the years, and to let each one of you experience my love for cooking with me, recipe by recipe.
